Independence Day Celebrations

Monday| 14th August 2023
Organized by
United College of Physical Therapy

On the auspicious occasion of the 14th of August, the day of our nation’s independence, the students of UCPT came together to commemorate this significant event with a profound sense of enthusiasm and devotion. The commencement of the celebrations was marked by a recitation of the Quran Sharif, a moment imbued with solemnity.

Our enthusiastic students eloquently delivered speeches that extolled the virtues of patriotism and the indomitable spirit of freedom. In a heartfelt gesture, they paid homage to the great founder of our nation and the gallant national heroes who paved the way for our liberty.

The zenith of the festivities was an entrancing cultural dance performance that splendidly showcased the rich tapestry of our nation’s diversity. An enthralling theatrical skit, characterized by satire and wit, was masterfully presented by our students, eliciting both contemplation and mirth.

In attendance were esteemed guests including the distinguished Dean of UMDC, the revered Principal Dr. Erum Tanveer, and the esteemed Vice Principal Dr. Vinod. Their discerning recognition of the strenuous efforts of both the students and the faculty was indeed a testament to the magnificence of the event.

The commemoration culminated with a collective rendition of the National Anthem, reverberating with the fervor of patriotism as voiced by our impassioned students. This day served as a poignant reminder of the immense sacrifices made by our forebears, laying the foundation for the creation of our cherished homeland. May the course of Pakistan’s destiny always be one of prosperity and advancement.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_masonry_media_grid grid_id=”vc_gid:1692784568203-08b18d6a-3ddc-2″ include=”9656,9657,9658,9659,9660,9661,9662,9663,9664,9665,9666,9667,9668,9669,9670,9671,9672,9673,9674,9675″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
